Warwickshire Food and Drink Expo is an exciting trade event for both buyers and suppliers being held at the Warwickshire Golf and Country Club on 22nd of November.

Visit a restaurant or bar in Stratford upon Avon and you will see local drinks firms such as Purity Brewing or Shakespeare Distillery proudly promoted to customers, (and both are exhibiting at the expo). Both have powerful branding, a great reputation and not just in local markets.
Drinks and other packaged items can sell through branding, but what about a service, ingredients or plated items? Well here it’s all about reputation and again in Stratford on many a menu you will see ‘Meat provided by Aubrey Allen, or Barry the Butcher.’ The chef/owner has bought into the reputation and respects the quality and even with no branding to identify the goods the reputation in each case is strong enough to flag up to diners the provenance of the meat supplied.
Great products, something new, distinct choices bringing in customers purchasing premium goods. The pulling power and commercial sense of buying local.
